nerve-wrecking

GERMANY 1-1 Argentina

(80- Klose) (49- Ayala)

Germany went to the semis via penalty shootout.

my joy was shortlived , abruptly by the first quarter-final match. was upbeat after bypass bike practical stage 4.02. was left in the doldrums. really wanted the host nation to be boot out. wasnt a deserving winning perfomance from them. im aversion of ballack as he opinionated the RED DEVILS really disgust me. & that whole leads to the antagonism of the whole deutchsland side. argentina started brilliantly bt evrything crumble when their number 1 keeper Roberto Abbondanzieri stretched out. & Pekerman choice of keeping the lead by putting a defensive midfielder E Cambiasso for ever treacherous J Riquelme backfired. a double whammy when J Cruz went in for H Crespo . a definite tactical error. cost the Argentines dearly. & this is the chain reaction.

Miroslav Klose 80 minute equaliser.

this leads to the unpredictable,nerve-wrecking penalty shoot-out to draw out the winner

Jens Lehmann parry a Roberto Ayala penatly shot, as Ayala became from hero to zero as this sparks momentum for the host nation which became the eventual winners.
